Support for residents

Our resident liaison support is both thorough and informative. This is provided to assist reduce anxiety and enable the protection of resident’s assets. Our resident liaison teams provide verbal and written support to ensure the experience of asbestos removal is smooth and free of worry. Assistance is provided to the vulnerable and elderly as required by the landlord.

Meeting performance targets

We plan and deliver services to meet exacting KPI’s, whilst supporting local initiatives whether these are through employment or community schemes. Our staff are all local which enables prompt support solutions to be provided. As we understand more about the property portfolio, we work to improve productivity and performance throughout, and at eh same time, assist partner contractors to achieve their objectives efficiently too.

Auditing

Our sites are extensively audited to ensure the works are carried out to meet the agreed methodology. This is designed to provide assurance that the highest standards of delivery are maintained on site to protect client reputation. Full waste certification is returned to the client to ensure the asbestos register is up to date. Customer satisfaction feed back is gained from residents and all clearance certification given to the client.
